Summary:
The OR Supply Chain Technician is responsible for keying, and promptly putting away all supplies within the OR, reviewing and maintaining all minimum and maximum inventory levels, picking scheduled cases, as well as emergency supply requests.
The OR Supply Chain Technician is also responsible for conducting physical inventories of all supply areas designated under the Surgery Department.
Essential Functions:
1.
Stock all of OR supplies in an accurate and timely manner, 2.
Picking both scheduled and emergent surgical cases 3.
Performs inventory management for the OR 4.
Evaluates the appropriate minimum and maximum levels 5.
Reviews minimum and maximum for storeroom stock daily and place appropriately.
6.
Count Par levels according to schedule 7.
Rotated stock to ensure no items are out of date 8.
React to stock outs by communicating to appropriate chain of command 9.
Provide assistance to staff and help resolve problems, questions and concerns OTHER
Responsibilities:

Work flexible, rotating shifts when required 2.

SUPERVISORY

Experience:

High school diploma or GED is required 2.
Hospital supply experience preferred.
3.
Previous stock clerk experience is helpful 4.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
