Essential Functions:
Receive, record, and distribute products ordered by purchasing and other departments.
Maintain filing system to provide evidence of authorization, acquisition, receiving, and distribution.
Maintain, monitor and report hospital general inventory and pharmacy IV supplies Perform inventories as requested.
Operate various forms of office equipment and willing to learn specialized material management software.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for mail functions such as assigning postage, pickups and deliveries, and managing the operational relationship between the district and various mail services such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Responsible for shipping items as necessary and directed by other appropriate PMHD staff.
Other duties as assigned.
